Our story
Kōra Studio was founded by a beauty entrepreneur who launched a successful Korean skincare brand in the UK market in 2023 — navigating one of the most complex and opaque sourcing ecosystems in the world entirely from the outside.
The biggest challenge was not the brand, the product, or the market. It was Korea. Finding the right lab — one that understood the brief, shared the vision and could deliver formulas that genuinely performed — took months of research, failed introductions and hard-earned trust. There was no shortcut, no directory, no consultant who had truly been there. It was built contact by contact, relationship by relationship.
What came out of that process was something rare: direct, trusted access to South Korea's finest labs and manufacturers, combined with a deep understanding of what it actually takes to bring a beauty or wellness product from a Korean production line to the hands of consumers worldwide.
